At Imaxfire, we offer several delivery options to ensure your new vapor fireplace reaches you safely and conveniently. For standard-sized models, we provide free curbside delivery within the continental US. For our larger or custom models, we offer white glove delivery and installation service at an additional cost. International shipping is available for select countries. Please check our shipping calculator at checkout for specific options and costs based on your location and chosen model.

While we offer free shipping on deliveries, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For large items like fireplaces, we recommend contacting our customer service team to arrange the most cost-effective return shipping method. In cases where we arrange pick-up, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We regularly offer promotional coupon codes to our valued customers. These can be entered at checkout for discounts on eligible products. Imaxfire vapor fireplaces are designed for easy maintenance. We recommend cleaning the water tank and refilling it with distilled water every 2-4 weeks, depending on usage. The exterior can be wiped down with a soft, damp cloth. The LED lights typically last 50,000+ hours and rarely need replacement. For optimal performance, schedule an annual check-up with our certified technicians. Detailed care instructions are included with each unit, and our customer service team is always available to answer specific maintenance questions.
