Right to Return

   You have the right to return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery.

4. Return Labels
   For most packages, return labels are included in the box. If you cannot find the return label, please send an email to James@imaxfire.com, and we will send you a digital version. You can then print this label and attach it to your return package.
5. Condition of Returned Items
   Note: Only products in NEW* condition can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use.
   *New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

   Once we have received and verified your return, you will receive your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
