   For most packages, return labels are included in the box. If you cannot find the return label, please send an email to James@imaxfire.com, and we will send you a digital version. You can then print this label and attach it to your return package.
5. Condition of Returned Items
   Note: Only products in NEW* condition can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use.
   *New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.
